Good basic accommodation but little service or comfort- for example- sauna and steam room offered but no robes or slippers in the room. No daily room cleaning. Basic amenities

our room was really clean and nice. I was sad we couldn't check in early as we had reservation at the Crater for swimming.

Penthouse was spacious filled with all the comforts of a home - cookware, washer and dryer, fireplace, etc. Staff was helpful and friendly You can’t beat the location!
