"The place is a mess, 1 elevator working, when you are on your floor and hit down to go to lobby, it stops on the way up and you need to ride the rest of the way up and then go down, carpets gross, everything felt dirty outside of the room. The place is just not maintained at all. The one thing i will say is that the room was in decent shape, felt clean. If you need a cheap place to stay for the night, and don’t mind the sort of people who hang around a low rate gambling hall, this is your spot. The staff were all very nice and did their best, but whoever owns the property needs to put some money into it. There were signs for the “New Jakes” throughout the lobby, almost as if to say, the place isn’t being taken care of because we are just redoing it all. So maybe better things are to come."
