"Was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. One outside door was broken and leaning on wall inside stairwell, so stairwell to inside rooms was completely accessible to anyone.
We were originally given a room on the second floor and neither of the keys worked to open the door. My husband had to go down twice to try and have the keys fixed while our children and I camped out in the hallway with all of our baggage. After the second attempt to repair and keys still did not open door, we were moved to a different room on the first floor. Not a huge deal, but it was after midnight and we were very tired after driving 15 plus hours on our way back from Florida. Staff was very apologetic and kind. "
"Very disappointing stay. We chose this property for the pool and hot tub to wrap up our spring break trip with the family. Hot tub was broken, pool was too full of people to enjoy plus no towels. Ended up just going back to the room which was not much better, beds were hard and people ubove us were very noisy. I'll go with a different option If back in the area. "
"Both of our rooms smelled -1 smelled musty as though it had not been opened in months and had previously been wet and the other smelled like weed. The laundry room was clean but the front loaders both smelled like mold. The front desk employee working the evening we arrived was excellent and an exceptionally hard worker! Breakfast was .... Lacking. "
"horrible hotel. there were stains all over the sheets, the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, mold and rust in the tub and around the sink, stains and chips all over the walls. the staff at the front desk was not welcoming or helpful in the slightest. don’t waste your money. "
"Comfy bed, spacious room. no elevator, bagel and yogurt fine for quick breakfast. Couldn’t check in when arrived. Lady said system was down. Left and came back and then was working. She said it happened day before also. Need a better system, irritated after a long day of travel. Quality Inn brand has not been good for us. Had an issue this year also with one in IL. Not coming back. Don’t need the hassles after traveling all day. "
"The woman at the front desk was very nice & check-in was speedy. The room was clean & the room temp was great! Property was safe & in a great area! Would def stay there again! Great value! "
"The hotel was very dated, but pretty clean overall. It's not a buffet breakfast, but you get to pick 3 items instead. Food was pretty good. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Staff was friendly and there's plenty of parking. It's very close to The Root Athletic Complex. I would stay here again. "
