"The place was conveniet in location, but it lacked a lot. First of all, they had the same breakfast each morning. We were there for three mornings, and not a thing changed--not even the over-ripe, dark bananas. The sink in our room (221) was plugged up all the time. It took forever for it to clear. The toilet in our room always took two flushes for everything to go down. The toilet paper always was left behind and had to be fushed down a second time. We told the desk about the sink and toilet, and they said they sent someone in to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. The problem remained. The fitted sheet at the head of the bed was never "tucked in." The good news: There was a woman who worked in the breakfast room to clean things up, and she never stopped working. She cleaned everything in sight and was very pleasant. I told the front desk how efficient she was. You're lucky to have her!"
