"Every staff member is courteous and helpful. The public areas are very nice and comfortable. We booked a Deluxe King room. And although it was a bit on the firm side, it was comfortable. The room was week decorated and clean. "

The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par."
