"Fairmont Jasper is an absolute gem. The ground are meticulously maintained, and our suite in the lake was beautiful. The staff was so helpful and thoughtful, even reaching out a few days before our arrival. I let them know we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and graduation and they had some special treats waiting for us! Highlight recommend!"

"The front desk ladies not all but some are very rude. And that's what really bothers me about that hotel. I came in to find out that my room that I booked and paid for was giving out to somebody else. Then the lady didn't want to give me a room at all and I had to do the searching on my phone to find out that there was other rooms available. So I asked you know for a bigger room as I ordered a king suite, and I seen that there was a kitchenette available so I asked for it. She wasn't happy about it but I was put in there. I understand stuff happens but you shouldn't be giving out rooms that have already been paid for When I finally got into the kitchenette room I was very surprised on how nice it was and how much space there was so thank you for that. It was a great couple days it's kind of felt like home. Parking is great you just got come back a little bit earlier so you can get a good parking spot aa sometimes it can be full. But all together it's a nice hotel if you're staying for a couple days if you got to go see the doctor or you're there for an Oiler game or an Elks game it's a great place to stay."

"Rooms are ok but dated. Do not expect an actual breakfast. There were no drinks at all, no water, milk or juice and coffee was basically empty. The only food they had was a waffles you made yourself and toast. They had cereal but no milk. When I asked the lady working there for something to drink, her response was that she just worked there and that it was not her fault that they had nothing. I emailed a complaint to the supervisor who was not on site and never heard anything. They also charged a $200 deposit but only refunded $194 without any explanation so keep an eye on your bill and credit cards."

"The hotel was wonderful but being the off season there were a lot amenities that were closed. It would have been nice to have the gym and pool open."
