"Place was great! Staff was awesome! Unfortunately there seemed to be a confusion when the time came to check out. We paid extra to have late check out. They gave us until 3pm. But day of we got calls from house keeping and Security came to our door asking when can we could check out. It was annoying. Over all through great place and great location. We had a great time!! "

"The Westin is conveniently placed above a very nice mall. While the building is clearly older, they have plenty of upgrades. My biggest complaint is that it’s extremely loud on the river in the mornings. That noise woke me every day. "

"We were very happy with our stay at Maison St Charles. It was our first stay and we will definitely come back when visiting family the next time. Especially helpful was the staff and we want to thank Damien, night security, for his help with parking when we returned late in the evening. A few funny quirks but it's New Orleans. Happy it was clean, comfortable and had nice spaces to sit outside as well as a clean small pool. "
