There was terrible noise in the parking lot until 1:30 am, I complained twice and the staff only seemed to pretend to try to do anything about it. There was some kind of work being done. And the noise started again at 7:30 the next morning. The staff that day told me the workers were leaving, and then told me they had left, but the next morning after that the staff said she was sorry it happened again (I didn't hear it that night because I turned on the fan in the window and took sleeping pills)"
