"The views from our room were outstanding! I appreciated the text offer to upgrade and so glad I took it. The sunset the Saturday we were there looked like an artist rendering and doesn't even look real in the pictures."

"Selling false advertisement, NO air conditioning, NO WIFI, made me wait an extra hour and a half. Got to the room, immediately left the whole day came back at night to only sleep, I COULD NOT sleep people screaming and fight outside my door near my opened window that I needed open to try to get air. No one do nothing tia too the chaos of the fighting that went on from 10-3am people had to be involved. My kids were traumatized on top of suffering to sleep because of the heat and multiple people fighting."

"To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another hotel that’s a bit more expensive, you might as well save for that one."

"My stay was horrible the people next to us kept us up till 3am yelling and their daughter was screaming.. we went to the lobby to let them know and no one answered… they started around 1245am and kept on till 3am! Got 0 sleep. Worst stay ever"

"The building is getting a bit tired and needs a remodel. They had to shut off the water to make repairs during our stay and there was a mildew smell in the hallway of the 2nd floor"
