"Rooms and hallways are disgusting. Our room had no shower curtain. Some chairs were covered in mold and one chair had lots of let just say human fluids all over it. Probably one of the worst places i have ever stayed in. Half way trough the night i contemplated me and the family just sleeping in the car."

"Clean and so fun. People are great! Everything and everyone has been wonderful and we are frequent Disney Resort visitors and Holiday Inn resort owners, but this place beats both! "

"I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is friendly, the location is ideal for walking to Universal Studios, and I've never had any issues. I was slightly disappointed that they took out the Starbucks, but this is still a great property. "
"We were there for two nights and the stay was OK, the bathroom was not as clean as it could be, and for some reason, even though the soaps were used for one day the next day they threw them out and gave us new boxes of soap. It seemed to be extremely wasteful. "

"This little house was quiet and convenient to walk to the downtown area. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but truthfully, we only ate breakfast in the house. There was so much to do and see we weren't inside very much. I recommend staying here."
