"All good. This hotel is excellent value for money. A bit dated in need of sprucing up. Cleaned daily, towels changed, sheets changed and all bathroom items replenished daily. Staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast selection very good and worth every penny. If in Khon Kaen again will definitely stay here"

I have stayed in a few hotels in Khon Kaen and this is certainly one of the best... they may not have a gym or pool but you can pay for access at the major hotels just a short walk away!!!"

"Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere "
