"Excellent location and friendly staff"

"I checked in 5 bags to the concerige when I checked out as my flight was departing at a later time. So I had time to walk the city with Shopping and traffic I was running super late to the airport so I had my wife get out bags from the concerige hoping that all my bags were counted for!! When I got to the airport notice that the hotel did not give one luggage… I called them and yes they forgot to load it into the vehicle. Now I don’t know what to do !"

"Originally got the executive suite and it was tiny. Was able to upgrade and it was better. No safe incase that matters ro you but thr hotel does have washers and dryers you can use. Some of the furniture looked raggedy and th beds were just ok Good area though, pretty central location. "

"The staff was wonderful and the hotel was great. Unfortunately however, while there I got food poisoning after eating in one of their restaurants. To insult to injury, after informing the manager, he refused to take responsibility for the incident. I’m absolutely sure my food poisoning occurred while at their hotel because during my entire stay in Mexico I only ate there. I must add that during the food poisoning I was violently and thus ruining my vacation because I was unable to leave the hotel for three days!"
