"The service was great and the location very central to all i needed to see and experience in Mexico City. The room was fabulous and the room i got had a beautiful view of the city which was so beautiful to look at. The staff were courteous and helpful seeing i did not speak Spanish. The staff could speak both Spanish and English which was very commendable. Overall, very excellent service and experience. I look forward to visiting again"
"The staff were excellent, courteous and giving us any help we asked. The room was clean, but the showerbb by head must be adjusted so that it does not shoot water out of the shower. The cleaning crew was not professional. The best part of our stay was the daily breakfast. It was free!
