"I was disappointed to find my pre-paid Expedia rate did not include local Mexico City taxes (USD $7) which I was required to pay on check-in. The power outlet over the desk in the room was hanging a couple inches out of the wall -- hardly something I'd think would have gone unnoticed when the room was cleaned. I couldn't get the TV to work due to a network connectivity problem, but that might have been my error -- I didn't waste much time on it and I couldn't be bothered asking for help. Access to the hotel was extremely confusing. If I hadn't been able to ask directions in Spanish it would have been almost impossible to find. But to be fair there was construction everywhere so that might have been temporary."
