"No pool i guess. Nice firm beds. 1104 was double queen with nice size bathroom and shower. At very end of floor so quiet. No view so get othrr side of hallway if you want ambient light."

"Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again."

"Pool was unusable due to unruly kids and parents busy drinking. Not all the lights turn off in the room and the drunks where very loud at 3 am"

"Make sure to prepay unless you want random authorization amounts to come through your account daily. Then you have to wait for those holds to be released."

"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"Room was clean, but our first night we were missing hand towels, washcloths, and a bath mat. We did get that sorted out the next day. The person working on Saturday night was not very nice. He spoke rudely and with a clipped tone. Parking fees are a bit exorbitant and a big discrepancy is advertised in the lot itself. Breakfast ends kind of early for a weekend, and biscuits and gravy were cold Sunday morning."
