"First appearance the property is nice, lobby area clean, and good staff. The room seemed clean and suitable but later noticed that it seems clean at first but really needs a deep cleaning. The bed slept good and the pillows were good. the bed pedestal put the top of the bed at about 3 foot from the floor, which seems to high. The main complaint about the room was the bathroom fan which comes on with the light switch. The fan was very loud and annoying when ever the bathroom light was on. The breakfast was OK, would have been nice to have had biscuit's and gravy like other La Quinta's we had stayed at. The location and services around the hotel was a plus as its location for the university is very close."

Close to shopping and food. so location was great. staff was terrible and rude. check in acted like I had inconvenienced her. there were 4 of us on the reservation, had 2 towel sets, asked 2 different times for extra but never got it. breakfast ends at 9am, ok i get it, but my child was filling a cup of orange juice when they came over and turned the machine off on him mid pour. the next day i saw someone getting cereal (the milk was right next to the dispenser) he set his now full cereal bowl and as he reached for the milk she took it out of reach and said 'we closed'. these were only a few interactions. "

"I enjoyed my stay however I think the property needs to take a look at the mold in the shower. We were able to wipe it off of the ceiling in the shower however the bottom of the shower door was very disgusting. The staff can only do so much. Management needs to do a cleaning of this area. This is something I can’t expect the housekeeper to handle. Overall the hospitality made the issue not so huge! However Fix It!!!!"
