"All AC was out but staff didn’t want to really help. Was locked out of room and staff had to find maintenance to unlock door. Was not given the room keys. Finally after waiting 2 hrs for ac to get brought in I left it was 85 degrees in the room. No thanks"

"I thought this was going to be the bottom of the barrel, but it was not. So you can absolutely find worse but... this place wasn't good. The Lodge at Van Hook
"I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys."
