"I stayed for 16 days at the hotel, at checkout time they refused to give me late checkout and forced me to pay half day. Not good behaviors if the hotel full as they said how they give the room for half day money. "

I arrived late at night after a long flight, and they kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!"
