"Have better system in place when they know there is a huge event with thousands of people during the weekend. Check in was at 3 pm but the line was out the door with people waiting to check in . "

"Very bad experience. The cleanliness was terrible: there were hairs in the bathtub, a sewage smell, and dirty floors. The towels were old and the room was very dark. You could clearly hear everything the guests in the room next door were saying. There was no coffee maker in the room, and no one informed us about services like the pool. For the price we paid, it was very disappointing. I do not recommend this place."
