"Located right on Lake Luzern with gorgeous views of the mountains and the city. Despite not being in the city, very easy to get to by bus, which came every 15 minutes. There was no need to rent a car or take a taxi (which are expensive in Luzern). Hotel staff very friendly, especially Mar who helped us with the check in. She had a great energy and made us feel very welcomed. Our room was spacious for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) with a spectacular view of the lake. I would love to come back in...

"It was a lovely property to stay at. The lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities/toiletries. The view from my room was gorgeous as it looked out into Old Town. The one factor I didn't really like was that the cleaning team starts very early in the day (around maybe 8am) and the noise would echo through the hall to my room. I wanted to catch up on some sleep but wasn't able to due to the noise. The hotel location was...

"Only 2 blocks walking distance from the train station. Very nice boutique hotel with spacious accommodations. We were 4 friends and had a big 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with balconies making it spacious for all our luggage. Top notch staff. Two of my friends left 2 items behind and hotel called us after check out and even mailed the items to our upcoming destination and it was there when we arrived. Amazing! I would give more stars if available. And to top it off… didn’t charge us anything for this....
