They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition, when I had a small injury, the hotel immediately arranged medical assistance and treatment, which I really appreciated. "
