"The check in process was amazing and so was most of the staff. We were enjoying our stay until we woke up the next day to them informing us of our vehicle being crashed by an associate. We were told everything would be taken care of and tried to say they couldn’t refund us since we booked through a 3rd party which I later found out to be a lie. I’m a very transparent person but one thing I don’t like is to be lied to. We’re going to be mailed some vouchers to stay at a Drury again but honestly after the experience who would even want to stay with them again? At check out the staff with the hotel was rude one being Richard director of something who told me “you got your refund what else do you want” highly unprofessional! There was tons of miscommunication between PMC and Hotel staff and I just wanted it cleared up before driving 3+hrs home. The only one willing to not talk over me and be sympathetic and actually realize it’s not about the money or things offered was Mr. Garcia which I believe was the regional manager for PMC, since clearly I came on a trip that was going to cost money but unfortunately our plans were set aside do to the mishaps.
