"Stayed in a junior suite !! Very nice until the A/C broke (97* outside) had to drag all of our stuff back to the lobby just to get another room !! When, they should have come up and given us the key to the new room !! Next (2) days in the the room we had no hot water in the morning to take a shower so the next three days were cold showers in the morning (very annoying). I would love to stay there again but I’m not so sure."

"Omni never disappoints me even I stay. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the mattress was lumpy & bathroom door stuck. Other than that it was perfect!Other than that"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! Stayed here for 4 nights and it was so relaxing. I loved the location, the views from our hotel room, the friendly staff - their concierge was awesome! They helped us get free tours and trolley passes. The $15 credit per night for the bar was also cool! I know it’s trivial but the ice water that they have before the elevator going up to the hotel room was also the best, it definitely helped save me after having too many drinks. I def recommend this place if you’re planning on going to New Orleans. For reference, I had a dayuse reservation before coming here at the Hilton down the street and it was just nice compared to this place.. the Westin is def way better and worth it in my opinion."

"The hotel needs remodeling, but it was truly a wonderful stay. We had a comfortable bed, an air conditioned room, and the most helpful staff. It would have been nice to have more updated elevators, and for the breakfast to be with real plates, cups, and utensils. But otherwise, we really enjoyed the centralized location and comfortable suite."
