"Liked location of room. First floor near pool and restaurant. Didn't liked the tv didnt work. Channels were limited. Big pool was dirty at times with sand looked cloudy. Overall great stay with family."

"Quiet room, with plenty of space to relax. Great location on the Mag Mile. Breakfast cost was very high and there are other smaller neighborhood breakfast spots to go to. Bar/lounge was great. Did not eat there for dinner but menu looked good."

"Was a great view but needs a bit of updating! The stairwell door is annoying! Anytime someone would go thru it would pull on our door and wake us from our sleep! AC barely worked. Couldn't do anything with the TV! NO streaming barely see it! At least get a smart TV!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Kozy Hotel DFW! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. A huge thank you to Lorenzo, Mishi, Pedro, and Tyler at the front desk, as well as Mario at the breakfast bar. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also delicious every morning, especially the make-your-own waffles, which quickly became my favorite! The hotel is currently being renovated, so there were a few small things that could be improved. Our room could have used proper clothing hangers, a designated tray or holder for the hand soap in the bathroom, and housekeeping only left us two towels after cleaning the room, so we had to request additional towels each day. The only issue that became somewhat frustrating was that our room key cards would deactivate once or twice a day, requiring us to stop by the front desk to have them reactivated. That said, the positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot. The outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and great breakfast made this an excellent stay. The staff truly goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. This property absolutely deserves five stars and is definitely a hotel I would recommend!"

"We had a club room. Grand kids like the bunk bed room and we loved that little bit of privacy. The room was clean. The grounds were kept clean. Someone was constantly mopping wet feet prints off floor from pool area. Kids loved the indoor pool/slide area. We also used the outdoor pool some. We didn’t eat on site but did have coffee and it was really good. We will be back."

"Everything was very nice except only had 1 elevator.working the entire time of my stay. Ive never known a hotel not offer a complimentary breakfast to its current residents of time of days staying. Then it was 18 bucks for breakfast buffet when it had all the basic items. Grits eggs bacon sausage biscuits. They charge 10.dollars a day for parking like I had a choice to park anywhere else for free. Other than these 3 things Everything else was great. If they could adjust those things out that place would be my go to place every year."
