8/10 Good
The check in staff were helpful and our request for a late check out was handled with no issues. The rooms are showing wear and tear and in need of an upgrade. But the lovely gardens make it an attractive place for birders and photographers alike.
The choice of food outlet is limited to ONE and its a long trip to San Jose. Fortunately the food is decent and quite reasonable.
