"I love the property and all the worker at this hotel. The room was perfect and the staff is the best. The check in staff is the nicest of all time. Now let’s talk about the restaurant it was so delicious and I’m a great cook so I know good food. I been to 61 countries so I will know great service and food. "The resort service was good and the staff were generally helpful. However, the villas are starting to show their age. Some of the floor laminates show signs of water damage, and the electrical sockets are worn out. Overall, the villas could benefit from some upgrades and refurbishment. Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead."

"Rooms need a deep clean, mold can be found in parts of the room including wardrobe. Linen also well passed its use by date and time for a change. Be prepared to smell cigarette smoke in the hallways as there are a lot of tourists from one country that choose to smoke inside their rooms with the doors open. Otherwise rooms are large and clean enough with helpful staff. Just don't expect a 5 star experience as it is a solid 3.5 star intl hotel exp."
