"The hotel experience was not what I expected checking in was an obstacle staffing. Did not know what they were doing. The room was small and I reserved a room, but two beds but I got a one bed. Bathroom sink has a slow drain flooring was dirty and old and needed to be replaced. I booked the hotel based on the reviews of the pool, but the pool was not working the best thing about the hotel was the food The breakfast was amazing and the staff serving was amazing ."

"The check-in process was very long, not very personable or friendly. The overall appearance of the hotel is old and rundown promoting a beautiful pool and not be able to use it for the guest is unacceptable. The only positive thing the hotel offer is a fabulous breakfast. I received a one bedroom, but I booked a two bedroom clean. The staff appeared to be very confused at the front desk. Will I stay there again ??"

"Hotel is older but clean. Staff was kind and very helpful. The breakfast each morning was nice to have, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, mushrooms, biscuits, and gravy, fresh fruit. Parking was easy. "

"We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it. While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper. "

"The staff gals were great! Very friendly and helpful. The location is nice & convenient, close to gas and groceries. Beautiful views of the river and walking path down to it. Picnic tables and chairs available to sit and relax. The room was ok, nothing special- but bedding was clean and beds were comfortable enough for a few nights. Enjoyed having access to a hot tub and dry sauna. Breakfast was a bit disappointing- the same options all 3 days. Rooms had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge, and that was nice. Overall it was quiet and I would stay again if in the area. "
