"I was only in Podgorica for 2 1/2 days but enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect & there is a very nice restaurant just down the road called POD Volat. I was a regular visitor here :). Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful.
The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm).
