It was really disappointing and upsetting that we could not use the pool due to the extremely cold water temperature, I feel this is something that should be made clear to potential customers when they are booking, especially regarding the temperature of the baby pool. "This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"Our stay was excellent. The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there. The staff were excellent - they were polite and friendly and happy to help at all times. We had breakfast one day and it was lovely - a good choice to choose from. And the cocktails are great there too. The location is excellent - easy access to all...
