"Despite informing the hotel we would be arriving after 9pm there was no one at reception, we eventually found our room key behind the counter of the reception desk. As an octogenarian and after a long journey to Brasov not ideal."

"This hotel is beautiful and everything about our stay was wonderful. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk came outside and showed us where to find the parking lot. Check-in was quick and smooth. When we opened the door to our balcony room, we were wowed by what we the saw. The color scheme and decor in the room were so pretty. The bathroom was a good size and everything was spotlessly clean. There was a very nice view from the balcony. The hallways and lobby were beautiful too. The included breakfast was in the adjacent boutique coffee/pastry shop. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. This shop is so cute and the pastries are perfect. Everywhere is walkable from the hotel. "
