"Rooms are nicely furnished and always very clean. Our room overlooked the grass courtyard and it was very peaceful. Hotel is located next to many hiking and biking trails that go thru countryside and next to the river. Staff is amazing and the breakfast is the best."

"locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. I can give atleast a few examples in my finger tips where he should passive aggression that was not called for but I wouldn’t waste my time here. I would NOT...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ghent and at the Rose B and B. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Rose was so helpful with directions. It is outside of Ghent so travel time to the city center is at least 30 minutes with some walking involved."
