"My husband and I had a great stay!! I like that they have social hour Monday thru Wednesday!!! The staff was great! The only complaint was the shower didn’t have enough pressure for me!!! I am picky on my showers lol!!! The room was amazing!!! Thank you staff for all you do!!!"

"This was our 2nd time staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Mayfield Village. We would have made reservations for our return trips for Thanksgiving & Christmas, but the pool will be closed for renovations & our daughter & grandson love to swim here. We do look forward to all the renovations that are going on! One thing we really enjoy is a section of the dining room with nice tables & a menu for ordering delicious breakfasts from the kitchen. Even though there is a charge, it is well worth not having sterno food or going out! The hostess/waitress who handles this is a warm, friendly soul!"

"The room was clean, but a few items, including the bathroom sink faucet handle and a picture on the wall were pretty obviously broken. Much more disappointing was the lack of hot water. Our showers were lukewarm at best."

"Everything met the high standards of Hampton Inn except the front desk staff. They seem to be nice people but are lacking in customer service skills. Engaging a co-worker in a personal conversation in the middle of checking in a customer is unprofessional, and it should be automatic for a clerk to ask the customer how their stay was at check-out."
