"The hotel is very basic. The room lacks soundproofing, which means we hear every outside sound. At breakfast, only the fruit was tasty. The service from the breakfast staff is good. They are attentive and serve you quickly. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Berat bus station."

"The couple who’s running the hotel is very friendly and welcoming, and they have the cutest little dog. The mountain and sea view is breathtaking! Quiet, perfect for resting to recover from another day of Albanian adventures."

"The rooms are outdated and have a strong baby powder smell. While they provide the necessities, the furniture and overall condition need improvement — both chairs in our room were stained. There was also a private party during our stay, and the noise and music carried on until 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. "Great rooms, immaculate, comfortable, air conditioning good when I worked out how to work it. First remote was broken but reception quickly gave me a replacement. Rooms very spacious. Good breakfast selection. They took orders for coffee, the rest was buffet. Very helpful with taxi and directions to chemist due to me being unwell. Beautiful breathtaking views from breakfast table. Villa Permet

10/10 Excellent

"What a wonderful setting and building. We highly recommend this Villa on your visit to Permet. Our room was super comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was dedicated and friendly. We were in Permet in the late fall and so the dinner options in town were limited so we decided to make a reservation at the Villa's dining room for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything was great. The setting, the appetizers, salad, wine and main course and the service was fantastic. The provided breakfast was delicious. The deep fried bread and fruit square was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was choice of 6 or so items prepared to your liking. The Villa is an easy walk to the downtown for exploring and easy access to hiking up the hills behind the Villa. We would not hesitate to return to this Villa in the future."

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."
