"Such a lovely hotel and the room was much bigger than expected - the balcony was also huge! Reception staff were always so happy to help and extremely friendly. Kitchen was brilliant in the room and we had the pool to ourselves three nights in a row. Would definitely go back. Only downside was the bath plug didn’t seal so would drain. Not a big issue. "

"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater.
