"The hotel was pleasant and ideally located, making it a convenient base for our stay. However, the rooms were quite small, and we felt that the number of towels provided was insufficient. The lady on reception when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff when we checked out seemed rather uninterested and disengaged, which was disappointing and they looked like we had just woke them up. The reception area could also benefit from some attention, particularly the carpets, which appeared dirty and had a large, noticeable stain. This detracted from the overall appearance and didn’t create the most welcoming first impression. Although the location was convenient, the surrounding area didn’t feel particularly safe at night and it was very noisy outside Overall, the hotel was fine for a short stay, but improvements to cleanliness, room amenities and customer service would make a noticeable difference to the guest experience."

Staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant and bar next door great (breakfast included gluten free options if you ask)..There is no air conditioner as people mentioned but apparently they don't come in a 1 star hotel. The weather was low 20s and humid. At times the room still felt too warm but not unbearably so."

"Great location for Futuroscope, easy 12 minute walk. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bar was lovely, the breakfast was good. The pool was also great to use at the end of a busy day, along with the games room."
