We were here a year ago when Luis and wife were present and giving a superb and excellent service, caring for the guests. Loved the place then.
Now it is my last choice on booking or recommending this hotel.
This place may be now under new management.

"Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. They always went out of their way and were very nice. The location is perfect- right in the middle of everything but not loud at all. Really a perfect place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet."

"Wonderful property, food was good (just not the usual Colombian food, but still good). Pool and spa are great, the property hosts daily walks to the river and meditation sessions. Overall easy to get to the highway and it’s pretty safe. Only downside was that there really wasn’t much hot water for showers and the lighting in the rooms is very dim plus no mirrors (I think it’s just for the aesthetic of the property though). Overall great would stay here, staff is very helpful. "
