"EXCELLENT staff, and the QUIRKY nature of the place. The whole hotel was an homage to the film 'Casablanca' - amazing. Management does seem to like it the place COLD, though - a bit of a shock when you enter the place. But as I say, the staff was excellent, and very helpful, especially when it came to checking in early."

"Only stayed for the night. But staff was super accommodating from checkin to checkout. I flew in for an interview and they were nice enough to print my resume for me at the desk. Will definitely visit again. "
