"This is a large hotel with many activities, music, and a swimming pool. The staff are not very attentive. The price on the app was 714 soles for 2 nights, but upon arrival they charged 854 soles due to additional taxes, which is quite unreasonable. I’ve booked many hotels in Peru through apps before and have never been charged extra taxes like this"

"Considering it is in an oasis, surrounded by 600 ft of sand on all sides, its a great place Staff was friendly and generous, large rooms, convenient breakfast, wifi worked all over the property. We will recommend to anyone heading in that direction. "

"Everything about this place is excellent! From super clean rooms with fresh smelling sheets/pillows, a fan in the room which helps with some relief from the desert heat, the food from the restaurant is a fair price and absolutely delicious! We had more than one excellent conversation with Eduardo about local history, spirituality, and about our home country Canada 🇨🇦 I absolutely recommend renting the gear to try your hand at sandboarding if you are able as it is a beyond exhilarating experience! Everything in Huacachina is accessible by foot and super close for walking distance since it really is a small desert oasis town. We spent our days hiding from the heat at a nearby pool as a lot of the local businesses that have one offer day passes or you simply just need to purchase something from their attached restaurants to gain access to the pool ☺️ As young female travellers we felt beyond safe and are already planning our next trip to Peru to visit this hidden gem and try our hand at sandboarding! (After a lil more practice snowboarding back home 😂)"

"L'accueil courtois mais pas chaleureux, petit plus pour le personnel du petit déjeuner -elles étaient adorables - la chambre spacieuse et simple, mais nuit horrible ! Pas de climatisation mais un simple ventilateur qui brasse de l'air chaud donc obligée de laisser la fenêtre ouverte ! Bruit de la rue incessant, moustiques et pour couronner le tout un réveil à 6h par les marchands ambulants qui mettent la musique à fond !! Au final mauvaise nuit, pas du tout reposés pour entamer un périple de plusieurs jours dans le sud du Pérou ! Je ne recommande pas la chambre au RDC !!"
