Fab, upscale hotel 50s lux style with all mod cons
Fabulous hotel. 5* rather than 4*. In an old school, film stars of the past (see Bridget Bardot) kind of way. Professional and friendly service (save 1 slightly over zealous lady in the breakfast room!) We loved Cervia and this hotel and I think we would make a specific trip to return here for a long weekend in the “off season”. This was not anticipated so well done Hotel Conchiglia!

Deluxe single room
Lovely, lovely hotel, far exceeded my expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on reception and the tall gentleman in the breakfast restaurant, they both made me feel very comfortable and looked after which i very much appreciated, as i was staying on my own. Hotel pool was in a lovely private setting on the first floor and the health Jacuzzi was luxurious. The location was excellent with the beautiful sandy beach across the road (Sunrises were stunning) and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. If I had to make any recommendations they would be to have; Facilities to make coffee in the room and One large mattress rather than two singles. Thank you Conchiglia for your excellent hospitality and facilities 😁

A Good Place To Stay
The hotel stands out both in terms of architecture and quality. It was perfect for our needs. The only downside was a lack of bar staff to supply sundowners.

Smukt hotel både indvendig og udvendig ! Vi var dog rigtige kede af at vi ikke synes hotellet levet op til at være familie/børnevenlig. Der er ikke livredder ved poolen mellem 12-15 hvor der flest der bader. samt vores børn måtte ikke både med oppustlige badedyr selvom der ikke var andre i poolen på det tidspunkt. Ved udtjekning blev vores slut regning 128€ men vi har kun taget 4 vand 2 øl, 3 drinks og 8 is. men vi kunne ikke få en udskrift på hvorfor deres beløb var endt i 128€ :( Området er super lækkert og meget lækker strand ! :)

Lovely top-class hotel with great potential
We enjoyed our stay at the Conchiglia very much, and will return again. However, although these would be easy to correct, we noticed some rather odd deficiencies. This lovely hotel has the potential to be a really high-calibre accommodation, but they have not yet got everything right. The cleanliness of the rooms is superb, but certain things such as the turning down of beds and the provision of (e.g.) ashtrays were not consistent, indicating a lack of general oversight / checklists. In the bathroom some amenities such as towel racks and tissues (offered in all good international hotels) were missing; minor breakages and leaks were present and seem to have been ignored, perhaps until the end of the season; some of the materials used (such at the white plastic swing bin) would be fine for a lower-class hotel but not for this one, where a chrome pedal bin or similar would be more appropriate; etc. When we borrowed hotel bicycles we found that they were not kept well maintained; problems were fixed only afterwards. Thus: if this hotel aspires to be in the international league of top hotels they haven't got it quite right -- yet. It is a matter of positioning, getting the knowledge, and being serious about it. Having said all this, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful; many things (such as the bagno and the bicycles) are included in the cost; and we will be glad to return.

Siamo stati molto bene all'hotel Conchiglia. Staff cordiale e disponibile, camera pulita con terrazza vista mare. La chicca è la piscina con idromassaggio, riservata e dotata di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere momenti di relax lontani dal caos della spiaggia.

God beliggenhed og super lækker pool. Mulighed for at leje 2 strandstole og parasol ved stranden til 25 Euro pr dag, da hotellet har en aftale med en “klub”. Super hyggelig by i gå afstand. Mulighed for at trække p-billet på gaden, dog Max 23 timer frem til 12,80 Euro.

L'albergo si trova sul lungomare di Cervia. Al piano rialzato c'e' un'ampia piscina con annessa una spaziosa vasca idromassaggio, eccezzionale per rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi in questi giorni di caldo intenso!Per il nostro soggiorno avevamo prenotato una camera quadrupla con colazione, (molto buona, assortita, dolce e salata).Forse la camera poteva essere un poco piu'spaziosa, ma un balcone con tavolino e sedie ne compensava lo spazio interno.Abbiamo usufruito delle biciclette, che e' un servizio compreso. Comodo garage sottorraneo (a pagamento).Dopo il check out, a disposizione, deposito bagagli e piscina, fino alla partenza. Tutto il personale e' stato molto gentile e disponibile.
