Fantastic location with an amazing beach! The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully appointed inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I can’t love this place enough! I’m so in love with this hotel, I always enjoy staying here and this place is one of my favorite hotels.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed. -inexperienced, rude and disrespectful breakfast and dinner staff. -Awkward shower room design. Impossible to open the shower door without hitting the glass door. Also we could not manage to get proper warm water in our room. -we wanted to speak to the hotel manager about the issues we are having but someone pretending like the hotel manager took us to a meeting room to tell us 'what do gou want from me?'. I have never encountered such treatment before! - i cant believe Marriott allows this kind of ganstrr behaviour! I will write them to complain about thus hotel later.

A+ hotel and spa
The best overall hotel spa that I have stayed at. Staff, cleanliness, comfort was A+. As for breakfast buffet (during covid), they staff made this work as you would walk up and a personal member would walk with you placing the items on your tray to avoid guest touching foods, etc. Very smart!! I loved the place and definitely will return soon.

Excellent stay
This was one of our best holidays. The hotel is impeccably new and clean complimented by excellent service. The pools are well-maintained. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. The food served in the restaurants is of very high quality and each member of staff tries to make your stay worth by offering service with a smile. As our stay was during the Covid pandemic, all staff wore masks and there is ample evidence of good hygienic measures taken by the hotel to minimise transmission of the virus. All in all .... recommended.

A perfect relaxing getaway
A perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. İts hard to find a thing to crticize. The rooms and the hotel is clean and relaxing. Would recommend only to improve breakfast variety and serving area is cramped . Also a nlce lunch restaurant is needed.

Great new hotel. Modern, clean & great service. The pools are nice and the beach is perfect. Cesme really needed a nice place like this.

Tesis yeni konumu güzel konfor üst düzey…Fakat ön büro hariç personel kötü hizmet sürekli aksıyor.Güleryüz yok.Restaurant menüleri zayıf.Kahvaltı vasat.Geçen yaz da gitmiştim personelde hiçbir olumlu gelişme yok.Çeşme sahiline yeni bir tesis yapılana kadar giderim.

The hotel has extraordinary rooms with outstanding sea view. Fitness facilities are also impressive. Investments has been high to create a high quality hotel. However, the hotel is not run properly. Main room door was supposed to close automatically but it doesn't work. Each time we came back to the room, our room door was open as housekeeping has let it open. It took 3 days to fix it. This is not acceptable at all. There was a water leakage in the bathroom, so we took an appointment with maintenance to fix it but they didn't come as they had something else to do. Wifi signal was very poor. Restaurant is highly expensive for just an average quality level. TV sport channels are very limited : no S sport, no Bein Sport, .... So, not able to see Champions League neither F1. I should mention that hotel offered us (without asking) a bottle of wine and a fruits basket.
