The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."

"The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."
