I have no complaints. Very clean hotel and room. Staff were great. Breakfast was a Turkish spread with a variety of choices. Metro was 1 min away, tram and bus a 5 min walk. We would definitely stay again.

I I was trying to find something that wasn’t up to standard, but honestly, I couldn’t. The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help, and the breakfast was truly exceptional — and I am comparing it to other 4- and 5-star hotels. We were genuinely overwhelmed by the quality of the experience. However, I must mention the patisserie they have around the corner from the hotel. Apart from the fact that we consider it to be among the very best in Istanbul, I feel that the staff there need to be more professional, especially for the sake of the Divan brand. Sincerely
