"Kitchen is well equipped. Housekeeping was diligent and also clean up the dishes. Tuk tuk driver was exceptionally kind and helpful to bring me to the hospital when I had serious food poisoning. He shuttled me back from hospital as well, and made sure I reach my room safely. He also helped to bring up my grab delivery, knowing that I just recovered. The hotel admin behind hotels.com was very helpful as well. My room was DND mode while I was in hospital. I gave instructions through hotels.com to have housekeeping team tidy my room on the day of my discharge. Bad experience with food outside the Somerset, but superb experience with Somerset team. "
