"Room and hotel was nice. Only put a low rating because of the hotel pick up service. The lady at the airport was very rude. Our flight had been delayed but I was able to get to the shuttle waiting area on time, with my partner just behind me collecting our luggage. She told us to ‘find our own way there’ or wait two hours for the next shuttle. It seemed a bit ridiculous seeing as she could see my partner coming but still decided it wasn’t worth the 2 minute wait. Really poor first impression. Had to taxi to the hotel, and no sorry from staff."

"Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. Close to the airport so you hear the planes flying in but it’s not bad. I was able to sleep comfortably. They have a cafe and a rooftop restaurant on the property and both had really delicious food. "

"No shower curtain, so water made a mess out to the bathroom's floor after taking a bath. Room door still uses physical key instead of modern electronic card. elevator is just up to certain points, then you need to walk up stair to get to your room's floor which will be impossible for wheelchair people. toilet paper is just enough for half day if you and your partner use twice might be enough. Soap cube is terrible. If you apply that soap to your skin with water, it will be really hard to move your hand to rub your skin. Toilet bow is shaken and scare you that it might be broken and any moment. Toilet base which you sit on is moved freely that you can fall off if you are not careful because it slide freely like it is there for looking , not for you to sit on it. Terrible toilet base."
