"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log!
Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy.
There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. We pulled up to...

"Lovely hut, with a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
We stayed here for a couple of nights for the end part of our road trip, whilst visiting around cities and towns, it was great, it was nice and secluded too. "

"The location was close to the high street and conveniently accessible to nearby attractions in the Cotswolds. The house was cozy and warm, making it a great choice for a family winter getaway for a few days. However, there were a few minor details that could be improved, such as the TV remote lacking batteries (we had to purchase and replace them ourselves) and the kitchen knives being quite dull, which made them difficult to use. These small points aside, we had an enjoyable stay overall."

"The location, parking and cleaniness of apartment was lovely. However on our first evening had a shower and water warm, my daughter had one after and water cold. My wife couldnt have a shower as water too cold, also no warm water to have wash in the bathroom sink. Also could not wash dishes as no hot water in kichen sink. On contacting host told water only heated 7am to 9am and between 5pm and 7pm. My wife had to have a wash by heating water with a kettle :( also the smell of drains in the...

"A very comfortable stay which felt like home from home. The property was clean and comfortable and details such as the pre visit info were incredibly helpful and appreciated. "

"A top range property which had had a lot of thought put in to it but the while the under floor heating could be turned down it could not be put completely off and we were far to hot on occasion.
It did feel a little impersonal and not to welcoming as the key was in the property and we had no contact at all with the owner or family

"Super cute, like being in your own romantic little bubble in the countryside. We came to watch a friend do a parachute jump at the airfield for charity. It was the perfect place to stay for a night or two. Loved the BBQ, the view through the windows and the way the space was designed. So compact and yet everything was so considered and well designed. "We were pleased with the spacious room and superking bed.
The breakfast was adequate but lacked a choice of cereals and fruit considering the £24 price tag.
Overall we were comfortable and happy with our stay."
"We got to the hotel at midday. The staff at the reception was super helpful. I was only wondering if we can use the pool before check-in - travelling with two young kids. The staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) kindly let us check-in to our room early. The outdoor area is super chill. The pool was enough for kids to play. I did feel like we were too noisy for the guests there though. The room is specious. The location is brilliant as it's only few steps away from town centre. Would highly recommend!"
"Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Good facilities in room but it was incredibly hot during our visit so a fridge in room would have improved our stay as no air conditioning but not many days in England you would need it. Breakfast was lovely, small but everything you could want. Evening menu was a bit limited and I probably would go somewhere else for an evening meal. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful."
"For a 4 star hotel, this isn't an ideal place to stay when there is a heatwave. The room we were given was unbearably hot and we couldn't open our windows; no air con.
The fans were poor and didn't do anything. Myself being pregnant and having a 5 year old, we couldn't stay here so ended up having to find another accommodation.
There was a couple of timed power outages which also ruined the experience.
I would say the only good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool."
"Had historic room but was up two flights of stairs and no lift. Restaurant meant a walk outside. Weather was good but would be a problem if not.
Breakfast was £13. Was ok.
Pool was £12 per day which we did not know until we arrived.
Plenty of parking and lovely grounds.
Some parts greatly in need of refurbishment."
