"The Lady from Front desk was helpful for checking in earlier than expected with a ready room. The morning shift Concierge were prompt & keen. Staff were professional during check-in & check-out. Doormen from late noon or evening shift were rather relax & busy with own personal distraction on their mobile phones (FIFA?!). Casino is in the establishment if you are interested. Location wise is very strategic for walking around to F&B outlets & souvenirs shopping."

"Overall a very nice hotel. Clean, accessible, large rooms and bathrooms and helpful/friendly staff. However, the ground floor bar/restaurant was not good as we ordered a meal and drinks and only my wife's meal arrived and then after several queries a meal arived 75 minutes later but was not what I ordered - basically no English speaking staff."
