"Great neighborhood. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Fairly quiet. As one who has allergies, I was slightly disappointed with not being able to use the ceiling fan. The blades were covered in dust, and I couldn't reach them to clean. Should be cleaned/wiped periodically. Also, there is a need for exterminator services. Seems like the apartment is running on "auto-pilot" with basic cleaning being done between customers but without the deep cleaning necessary that should be done...

We tried to send an email to get Wi-Fi password and did not get a response back also cannot access the TV because we had Android phones and I guess you needed an Apple phone.
