We enjoyed our stay. We liked the cozier feel of this smaller hotel. Everything was very nice and clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Very convenient for a visit to Longwood Gardens about 15 min. away.

The Brandywine River Hotel is a cozy property that is nestled among some small boutique shops and near some great restaurants. It’s also conveniently located across the road from the Brandywine Museum of Art and several relaxing hiking trails. The staff are friendly and the technology made checking in and out bery easy. The property is on the older side, but everything is works well and the rooms were very clean. It made for a great homebase for our visit with friends in DE and PA.
Located behind the Chadds Ford Barn shops. Don’t miss the Ososweet Bakery!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to Longwood gardens and the Brandywine museum. There is a great Italian restaurant that you can walk to from the hotel. I highly recommend both the restaurant (Antica) and the hotel!
