"This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). "Cabin was fantastic. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the entire place was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with private access to the lake. Hosts were hospitable, friendly and helpful. Wifi dropped out a bit but when you’re away in a place like this, who cares!?"

"The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"

Great Hotel

"Spent a week at Vientios del Sur and and was happy with everything, especially the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and it is in a great location, within easy walking distance of everything in central Pucón."
