"Great place fue a great rate. There’s not a lot to do in Urubamba specifically but it’s a good hub to see the sacred valley. The rooms are nice, plenty of hot water (even used the jetted tub) and good breakfast. Bed are comfy too! "

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to, offering genuine warmth and helpful advice throughout my stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, a detail I always appreciate, and the comfort they offered was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring. One of the absolute highlights was the 24/7 hot water—a seemingly small detail that makes a huge difference, especially after a long day of adventuring in the Andes. "Lovely hotel, really enjoyed the quiet, calm setting at the foot of a steep mountain, with the sound of a stream rushing by and wonderful gardening including tons of flowers. Adding to the peace and quiet, the rooms are in separated cottages, with fireplaces, big comfy beds, good linens, and outdoor seating. Very tasteful, this is a family owned hotel where the details have been chosen with care, and it shows. Lorena, Julio and the rest of the staff was incredibly helpful, lit fires for us, brought extra wood, heated the sauna, kept inquiring if everything was ok, set up transportion to and from Cusco. Really relaxing stay."

"This is the best among five different hotels at various locations (above 4-star-rated hotels) during a 16-day trip around Peru. My husband and I stayed two nights at Lizzy Wasi. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. We had a chance to talk with an owner "Lizzy" who is such a delightful lady, just like other staff members.
