staff were friendly although not all could converse in english. take note that guests who stay for a week are required to deposit 1000 baht. there was a commotion where i deposited 1000baht but was informed that Expedia customers were exempted from the deposit hence, they almost did not refund me. this was because the staff who checked me in and took my deposit was not on duty on the day i checked out. nevertheless, i got my money back. T&Cs need to be worked on, both the staff and customers must be sure about this and have proof of deposit given/received.
