I had a great time. The free shuttle bus from the hotel runs every day, which is very convenient. There are many ways to spend your time, which was great. I especially recommend the pool villa.

Good Overall Experience

Overall experience is good with great services and nice room & balcony, but would be better if there are more varieties for food while only having one restaurant and some in-house activities arranged for guests, like yoga class, cooking class. Besides, the construction site next to our building affected the view and general feeling.

Very nice view as it sits on Chalong Hill but there is nothing around as you have to drive up about 5 mins up the hill for the resort. They are nice and big villas and are well managed. The prices for the spa and food are quite crazy and I have stayed at 5 star hotels but they are charging high end chain prices. The staff are nice and there is shuttle service for some popular attraction which is convenient. I will say it’s far from many popular attractions and beaches with traffic it averages 20-30 mins one way, so if you’re out doing a lot it can be tiring. If you want to relax and want to be away from hustle and bustle it’s a nice property!

The staff were very friendly, quick to respond, and outstanding in their sensible work. I especially appreciate the staff who responded on the first day and the staff who drove the buggy on the last day. Everything from the room condition at Noku Phuket to the breakfast and the landscape of the resort was good. It would be perfect if the water at the main pool was kept a little cleaner. However, my three days at Noku were enough to give a great impression of Phuket. I had a great rest.

Nice view and friendly staff. Offered free flow of drinks and snack in late noon, really big and spacious room if you are taking the premier room...the only downside is the frog and cricket "singing" throughout the night if your room facing the pond. But will get used after the 1st night. Nice and soothing environment, best for retreat.

It’s a wonderful spot located on top of the hill. What a view 😍. Rooms as spacious, clean and mini fridge topped up daily. Breakfast was great with quite a selection catering for both asian and western cuisine. Restaurant serves wonderful meals for both lunch and dinner as well. We chose this hotel as we wanted to relax. Hotel do offer daily trips to town- Phuket Old Town, Kata Beach and a couple other tourist attractions. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to stay then Noku Phuket is highly recommended.

NOKU was pretty awesome to stay at. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were amazing. We appreciate their help. The overall ambience of the Property was 10/10. We did have some concerns about the smell from what appeared to be coming from the drainage systems in the bathroom. Useful tip for anyone else that might want to stay here: Keep the door to your restroom, closed and have the AC and fan circulating for some time. The smell will be gone. Outside of that, It was a very pleasant place to stay at. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience all around

Our villa and the hotel common spaces were so beautiful, and the view was amazing. The whole hotel has a spa-like feel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Be aware that the hotel is built on a hill, so some rooms are a bit of a walk from the main building (but there is a shuttle that you can call for. They arrived at our villa within 5 minutes). We did not have any issue with the supply of water, as some reviewers mentioned. Getting into town also wasn’t a problem, as the hotel offers a free shuttle and reception can arrange for additional taxi services. Breakfast was great, they even prepared a to-go box for us when we had an early pickup. This place is a gem!

I had an incredible stay at Noku Resort in Phuket! The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The resort was spotless—everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing—truly some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Their kindness made the trip even more special. The air conditioning in the room worked really well—so much so that it was actually a little too cold at times, but I’d much rather that than being hot in Thailand! The views from the pool were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It’s a perfect place to relax and take it all in. The resort itself is huge, giving it a private and peaceful feel even when other guests are around. The drivers were quick, timely, and very professional, making getting around the property and nearby areas effortless. And I can’t forget the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from every morning. Everything from local Thai dishes to international favorites was available and prepared perfectly. Overall, Noku Resort is a beautiful, peaceful getaway with top-tier service. I’d absolutely stay here again!
